- Someone in Bucks County doesn't like pirates very much—an arsonist (or as a pirate would say "Arrrrrrsonsit") set a mascot pirate ship on fire at Palisades High School early this morning. Police are reviewing security film to see if they caught the criminals in the act. [CBS 3]
- A person was struck by an Amtrak train today in Bensalem. Trains are currently delayed up to 60 minutes going between Philadelphia and Trenton. The condition of the person hit is unknown. [NBC Philadelphia]
- Could the PATCO speed lines be up for sale? The DRPA is currently investigating options to have another agency take it over or sell to a private firm due to the yearly losses of $20 million. Additionally, PATCO has one of the oldest fleets in the country. [Philadelphia Inquirer]
- A 64-year-old man was stabbed and robbed at a bank on Seventh and Market today. The alleged suspect stabbed the man six times in the back and chest before being caught by police. The victim is at Jefferson Hospital in critical condition. [NBC Philadelphia]
- Get ready for a salty ride home. PennDOT crews have already started brining roads for the coming snow storm. [CBS 3]
